This true scalpel is hand forged from O-1 tool steel and convex ground to a razor sharp edge. The handle is made from a salvaged teak beam and the guard is crafted from a piece of freshwater mussel shell from the Mississippi River. The blade is about an in and a half. A detail oriented blade for your finest work.
