A beautiful, slightly smaller, hidden tang chef knife with a hand forged W2 blade. The handle is crafted from Purple Heart wood and that bright purple color is completely natural. The collar is Arizona ironwood with a nickle silver guard and spacer. The 5.5 inch blade features a flat grind and a taper to the tip as well as a clay hamon.
This is a beautiful and useful kitchen tool. It’s mid sized blade will be comfortable for just about any hands and will excel at general kitchen tasks like chopping, slicing and meat prep.
