This clip nosed chopper is hand forged from W2, with a clay hamon showing the differential hardening of the blade’s hard edge and it’s tough spine. The brute de forge edge is seven inches long with the overall knife being 12 inches. Although it’s robust, it’s not overly heavy. The handle of the knife is crafted from the exterior of an old teak beam and secured with corby bolts. Includes a double stitched and brass riveted leather sheath made it fit. This is a powerful and versatile chopper.
