This handy knife is subtle and understated. It sports a flat ground, hand forged blade of 1084 high carbon steel at 60 RC on the edge with a brute d forge finish. The handle is made from radiant Iowa Mulberry wood, quarter sawn to show off the gorgeous color and pattern. Seven hand peened copper pins and a copper lanyard tube fix the handle and add a warmth to the knife. Includes a custom matching mulberry bead and oiled leather slipsheath. This is a light and slender knife with a simple and non threatening design. A joy to carry and a good all around hiking and outdoor knife.
