This compact knife is our take on a puukko. It has a 3.5 inch flat ground blade with a convex edge, instead of a more common scandi grind, to make it a better slicer and general user. The brute de forge blade is hand forged and ground from 1084 High carbon steel at 60 RC on the cutting edge. The handle of the knife is crafted from Arizona desert ironwood, gorgeous and durable. The guard is forged brass and sits above a collar of leather, fiber and brass spacers. It has a hand peened brass pin and brass lanyard tube. This is a compact powerhouse of a knife with a minimalist Scandinavian design and a lot of utility. Simple and straightforward, it’s everything you need and nothing you don’t.
