This handy cleaver style knife is forged from 1084 and sports a 4 inch cutting edge and 8.25 overall length. The handle is crafted from Ipe wood with a gorgeous purplish brown tone and great hardness and stability. The lack of an acute tip makes this design popular with cowboys who don’t want to poke themselves when bouncing around working in animals. With enough point to pierce, and a nice broad blade with flat grind for slicing efficiency, this is a handy tool. The bolts are high grade stainless steel and it comes with a custom brown leather sheath.
