This beautiful nessemuk has a 4.25 inch flat ground blade and 9.25 overall length. The blade is hand forged from 1084 and differentially heat treated to RC 60 on the edge. The handle is made from local Iowa cherry wood that has been torched and oiled. The bolster is a unique live edge cherry burl from the maker’s back yard the has been stabilized and polished. It adds a beautiful natural feel to this already warm and comfortable knife. Nine hand-peened brass pins help to anchor the handle in place. Reb fiber liners add a ouch of color and firework decorates the spine. This is a beautiful and comfortable knife with the warmth of cherry and a hard working blade well suited to general outdoor tasks.
